Manufacturing Process Flow

  1. Sales Order - Customer confirms the order.
  2. Production Plan - Used to plan:
  • What needs to be manufactured
  • Quantity and schedule
  1. Work Order (In-house Manufacturing)- Used when production is done internally.
  • Job Card - Records work done, time spent, and process completion
  • Stock Entry - Records raw material consumption and finished goods production
  1. Job Work - Used when work is sent to an external vendor for processing.
  2. Material Request (Trading) - Used when items are purchased directly.
  • RFQ
  • Supplier Quuotation
  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Receipt
  • Delivery
