Login & Authentication

Accessing your Midocean workspace is secure and flexible. We offer two primary methods for authentication.

1. Standard Login

The traditional method using your credentials.

1. Navigate to your system URL.
2. Enter your registered Email Address.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Sign In.

Forgot Password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can easily reset it.

1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email for instructions to reset your password.

Set New Password

After clicking the reset link sent to your email, set a new password to secure your account.

1. Enter your New Password.
2. Confirm the password.
3. Optionally select "Sign me out of all other devices".
4. Click Set New Password.

2. Magic Link (Password-less)

For a faster, password-free experience, use the Magic Link feature.

1. Click the "Login with Email Link" button on the login card.
2. Enter your email address.
3. The system will instantly email you a secure, one-time access link.
4. Clicking the link in your email will log you directly into your dashboard.

Tip: This is especially useful if you are on a mobile device or have forgotten your password.
